At INDOHOMETR, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted Indonesian teak wood furniture.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.

Situations where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and in the following cases:

Made-to-order furniture
Personalized or custom-sized products
Products imported from Indonesia on order.
Products that have been assembled or installed
Products that have been opened, used, or tested.
Damaged, scratched, or stained products
Products missing original packaging, labels or accessories
Products purchased at a discount, during a campaign, or as "last sale" items.

Return Policy

Items to be returned:

It must be unused and untested.
It must be in its original packaging with all labels attached.
There should be no damage, scratches, or stains.
All accessories and parts must be complete.

How to Initiate a Return

Send an email to info@indohometr.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number, product information, and reason for return.
Add product photos.
Wait for approval and return instructions.

Applications containing incomplete information will not be processed.

Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is the buyer's responsibility to package the product securely and ship it via insured cargo.
Returns are not accepted for products damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Restock Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of large furniture. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Evaluation Process

Inspection: The returned product will be inspected by us.
Decision: Return approved if product meets conditions.
Refund: Payment will be refunded within 14 business days after approval.

Products that do not meet the return conditions:

It will be returned to the recipient.
Return shipping costs are charged to the buyer.
No refund will be given.

Defective Products

If the product was delivered defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Document it with photos.
Please attach the shipping receipt if available.

The following are not considered defects/faults:

Handmade products have natural variations (wood grain, color tones, texture)
Color changes that natural wood may exhibit over time.
Color differences between photos and the actual product.
±3% tolerance in measurements.
Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance.

Order Cancellation

Before shipping: Can be cancelled with a full refund.
After shipment: Standard return policy applies.
Special orders: Cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
