Shipping Information
At INDOHOMETR, we strive to deliver your handcrafted Indonesian teak wood furniture safely and securely.
Preparation and Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, production conditions, and logistics factors.
- In stock: 3-10 business days
- Made to order: 4-8 weeks
- Custom design orders: Timeframe specified in order confirmation.
Information Regarding Delivery Delays
We accept no responsibility for delays caused by the following circumstances:
- Unexpected disruptions in the production process
- Raw material supply problems
- Customs procedures and import delays
- Delays caused by the shipping company.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters and epidemics.
- The recipient provided incorrect or incomplete address information.
In case of delay, you can cancel your order and request a refund of the amount you paid. No additional compensation can be claimed for the delay.
Shipping Fees
- Within Turkey: Calculated based on order total and product volume, shown on the payment page.
- International: Calculated based on destination and product size.
Due to the large size and weight of the furniture, shipping costs differ from those for standard products.

Things to Note During Delivery
IMPORTANT: Please check the product packaging in the presence of the delivery person upon delivery.
- If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept the product without having a damage report drawn up.
- Damage claims for products received without a delivery report being filed will not be accepted.
- Damage or deficiencies not reported within 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Failure to complete delivery
If the recipient is not at the address when the courier company attempts delivery:
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of storing the product in the cargo warehouse.
- If the product is returned to us, the shipping cost will be charged to the buyer.
Damaged Shipments
If your product arrived damaged:
- Please notify info@indohometr.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send photos of the damage and packaging.
- Attach the shipping receipt.
- We will review your request and get back to you.
Damage claims without a shipping damage report will not be considered.
